Our staff is committed to providing compassionate care!
Pet’s Favorite Vet was started with the goal of being just that, your pet’s favorite vet, and more. We will be your favorite veterinarian, too. Our pets are significant parts of our lives, and your vet is a vital part of the team that helps you care for them. Working in the veterinary industry since age 14, Dr. Caroline Cofer saw the ways lots of practices and doctors work. It is exceedingly rare to see a vet who doesn’t do what was needed to save pets and keep them healthy. It is rarer still, though, to see a vet make it easy and comfortable to get the care your pet needs.
Pet’s Favorite Vet offers wellness care, treatment of minor health problems, and chronic disease management with lower overhead and a more enjoyable process than your traditional, full-service vet. We work with every family to ensure that your pet’s care fits in with the whole brood. Whether it’s heartworm prevention and allergy medicine or acupuncture and herbal supplements, we’ll tailor your pet’s care to your lifestyle and budget. You got a pet to enjoy them. Let us be a part of that!

Dr. Caroline Cofer, DVM
Founder & Veterinarian
Dr. Caroline Cofer is the founder of Pet’s Favorite Vet and a lover of all pets and their people! She knew she wanted to be a vet since she first tagged along to her Golden Retriever’s check-up when she was four years old. Originally from Chattanooga, TN, Dr. Caroline attended the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!) for her Bachelor’s and Veterinary degrees and the Chi Institute in Reddick, FL, for her acupuncture training.
She came to the upstate when she met a boy, Joseph, who is now her wonderful husband. They have a son named Asher and live in a swirl of joyful chaos with four dogs, one cat, one tortoise, one axolotl, and several fish. In her time off, Dr. Caroline can be found cooking up a storm, swaying off-beat to live music, playing in the woods, or working on her converted school bus camper.
