When you call with an urgent concern, we triage by phone — asking targeted questions to assess severity — and schedule you as quickly as possible. When you arrive, we examine your pet thoroughly, run diagnostics if needed (in-house, same visit), and begin treatment.
If the situation requires emergency-level intervention, we refer to a specialist and ensure a seamless handoff with records and context.

We cannot provide overnight care or immediate care for life-threatening emergencies — pets that cannot breathe, are hit by cars, or need emergency c-sections should go directly to an emergency veterinary hospital. We handle everything that can't wait but isn't life-threatening.
